was doing a recent interview with a dear friend, Bella Benn, Creator of
Fitness Model Skincare Secrets - on the subject of lower-body
cellulite.
Her questions went above and beyond the common, superficial type of interview... So I decided to share the key points we covered because I realized the info we brought to light will help the average woman understand the primary cause of her cellulite issue and the mechanism to reverse the cause.

Keep in mind - this is only the front view - the back view is even more elaborate.
From your waist down to your ankles - there are 90 individual muscles - 45 on each side.
Before seeing that photo - you probably didn't know that fascinating fact, right?
Well - for me that info was more than just fascinating - it became one of the key discoveries in helping me create the method to help women get rid of cellulite on the lower-body trouble spots and problem areas.
When the lower body muscles are not stimulated - they lose their "tone". They lose the tight firmness - and they get saggy, mushy & "deflated".
The physiological term for this is: Muscular Atrophy
