In this cellulite reduction exercise video, I take you through a four-exercise circuit focusing on the legs, butt and thighs - exactly where most cellulite tends to "show up".
This mini cellulite-fighting workout can be done as a stand alone session if you are a pure beginner. But...
Ultimately you want to combine this short exercise sequence with the main NAKED BEAUTY anticellulite workout routine - as this combo will give you the quickest, most visible results - and the complete program will also allow you to prevent cellulite bumps and dimples in the future.

The four anticellulite exercises I teach you in the video are:
1 - Double Leg, Hamstring Curls (for backs of thighs and glutes)
2 - Double Leg, Knee-Ups (for front of thighs and just above knees
3 - Double Sided Hip-Extensions (for glutes, thighs and lower back)
4 - Exercise Ball Squats (for inner thighs, glutes and fronts of thighs)
Be sure to get medical clearance before you start any new exercise program. Better to be safe than sorry, right?
To get the most out of the short routine in this video - go through it once. If that's too easy try a second time. If that's still easy - try a third time.
Do this every other day for 2 weeks. You should start seeing your cellulite slowly begin to diminish. For some women it may take longer - as this is only a small portion of what the complete program contains. (PLEASE remember: Cellulite is not a thing or substance in your skin. It's a result of the mushy, un-toned muscle layers underneath the skin of your cellulite zones - So, the more you tone, firm and shape those specific muscle layers - the more you will see the bumpy, dimply, puckered skin become tighter, smoother and more attractive.)
